Our Fire Door Inspection Terms & Conditions explain how we inspect fire doors and report on their condition and compliance.
By instructing us to carry out Fire Door Inspections, you confirm that you have read and agreed to these Terms & Conditions.

What is included in a fire door inspection and any exclusions
Your responsibility to provide safe and unrestricted access to all doors
How inspection findings are recorded and reported
That inspections reflect the condition of the doors on the day of inspection only
Fees, payment terms, and cancellations
Our liability and professional limitations
Fire Door Inspections identify defects and non-compliances at the time of inspection. It remains your responsibility to ensure any remedial work is completed and that doors continue to be properly maintained.

Remedial Work Co-ordination – Terms & Conditions
Our Remedial Work Coordination Terms & Conditions apply where we arrange, manage, or coordinate remedial works identified following a Fire Risk Assessment or Fire Door Inspection.
By instructing us to coordinate remedial works, you confirm that you have read and agreed to these Terms & Conditions.
They explain:
Our role in coordinating remedial works on your behalf
That remedial works may be carried out by third-party contractors unless otherwise agreed
Your responsibilities in approving works, costs, and access arrangements
Payment terms for coordination services and any associated works
That timescales may vary depending on contractor availability and site conditions
Our limitations of responsibility for works carried out by third parties
Remedial work coordination does not transfer overall responsibility for fire safety compliance away from the Responsible Person. It remains your responsibility to ensure works are approved, completed, and maintained after completion.
